George Newcombe has been involved in the land and property development process, for more than twenty years. With roles at multinational development consultancies and agencies and also local authority planning and estates departments George has led teams on a broad range of projects – always with the Landowners’ best interests at the forefront.

Amongst others George has been part of the Development teams at Savills in Reading and Oxford, and also leading a team as the Head of Development at Bidwells in Oxford.

George has a particular interest in working very closely with land and property owners – ensuring that they fully understand the process and the intricacies of the development process to ensure in turn that they can make informed, robust decisions and have trust in the project teams.

George has recently served as a Wallingford Town Councillor, sitting on the planning committee and leading the portfolio development. He is a long-time resident in South Oxfordshire, with his family and spaniel puppy ‘Elkie’.
