Based in South Oxfordshire, our wide-ranging experience over the last twenty years has been perfected throughout many counties of the UK, on a wide variety of projects and commissions, working for private clients, non-profit organisations, and commercial entities. Past developments and sites have ranged from large residential schemes to small housing clusters, town centre regeneration projects, and mixed-use developments; in greenfield, Greenbelt and brownfield situations.

Completely independent and unbiased, we have our finger on the pulse of the property market and our attention is focused on bringing land forward through the planning system and making better use of the existing building stock. We are accustomed to working alongside other professional disciplines (for example, rural and commercial agents, lawyers and tax advisors) and happy to do so, bringing the benefit of our particular specialist skills into client teams.

The first step is for an initial discussion about your project, during which we can understand a little about you, the opportunities for development, and how Hambleden can assist.

Typically, this is followed by a site visit and a free assessment of the opportunity in more detail, along with initial recommendations and a proposal for discussion.
As we outline on our What Do We Do? page, each project requires a bespoke strategy to achieve the best results. However in most cases the whole process through to completion happens without any up-front expenditure or cost liability for landowners.
